The lid fits so snugly that I can simmer sauces without any splatter, and the heat distribution is impressively even across the bottom. My rice came out perfectly fluffy on the first try, which never happened with my old pans.

The 2-liter size is perfect for tossing pasta without overcrowding, and the glass lid lets me monitor the boil without lifting. I've been using it almost daily for a month now and the nonstick surface still looks brand new.

Heats evenly and the lid fits snugly, though I wish the handle stayed a bit cooler on the stove. Good size for making sauces for two or reheating leftovers.
