I've been cooking soups almost daily and the 2-liter capacity with the 18 cm diameter is just right for two portions. The thick base heats evenly, so I haven't had a single scorched spot. Comes clean with a quick wipe, which I honestly didn't expect from a pot this sturdy.

The lid fits so snugly that I barely lose any steam when simmering soups, and the 2-liter size is perfect for small batches of pasta sauce. Cleanup was a breeze—just a quick rinse and it looked like new.

I love how even and consistent the heat distribution is with this pot, no more hot spots burning my sauce. The stainless steel feels solid and the 2-liter size is perfect for my weeknight pasta. Cleanup is a breeze too, which I really appreciate.
