ICED Santoku knife

The belly of this blade glides through tomatoes without crushing them, which is exactly what I needed for daily prep. It’s sharp enough that I’ve stopped reaching for my old chef’s knife. Cleanup is quick since the handle doesn’t trap food bits around the bolster.

This knife feels incredibly well-balanced in my hand—the blade glides through onions without any resistance. It's been a solid upgrade from my old set, and the edge is still sharp after a week of heavy use.

I've been using this santoku for a couple weeks now and it's honestly the sharpest knife I own straight out of the box. The handle feels perfectly balanced in my hand, even during a long veggie prep session.
