ICED Rüstmesser Set 2 Stk.

These two knives have held their edge through a whole month of daily meal prep, which surprised me. They feel balanced in the hand and the set covers all my basic chopping and slicing needs.

The handles have a nice, secure grip even when wet, which is a plus for prep work. One of the blades came with a tiny nick right out of the box, but it's otherwise very solid for the price.

The blades arrived sharp and cut through tomatoes cleanly, but the handles feel a bit plasticky for the price you'd expect from a Swiss-made set. They do the job for everyday slicing, though I've noticed the smaller knife needs a quick hone after heavy use. Fine for basic prep, just not the premium
