ICED Chef's Knife 20cm

This knife holds a great edge even after weeks of heavy meal prep, and the 20cm blade length feels perfectly balanced for both protein slicing and vegetable work. I was surprised how little wrist fatigue I had after a long cooking session.

This knife felt perfectly balanced from the first time I picked it up, and the 20cm blade makes dicing onions incredibly quick. It’s honestly the sharpest tool I’ve owned for everyday prep work.

I've been using this 20cm chef's knife for a few weeks now, and the blade stays sharp through a full meal prep session without needing a hone. The handle feels comfortable and secure even when my hands are a bit wet. Only wish the included sheath had a belt loop for easy storage.
