GOURMET STAR Sartén Ø 28cm

The ridged bottom heats up so fast that my veggies get a proper sear without me having to wait around. Cleaning is a breeze too, just a quick wipe and it's done. It’s become my go-to pan for weeknight stir-fries.

I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly this pan heats up—no more hot spots burning my onions. The 28 cm size is perfect for making a big batch of stir-fry without crowding.

I was a bit hesitant about the ridged bottom, but it actually makes for nice grill marks on vegetables. The 28cm size is perfect for our family, though I do wish the handle felt a bit sturdier in hand.
