ESSENTIAL Zesteur

The curved blade makes quick work of lemons and limes, digging in just enough to get the zest without the bitter pith. I've used it on oranges too and the strips come off perfectly even, which makes garnishing drinks so much easier.

Finally, a zester that actually grips well even with wet hands—the ergonomic handle makes a huge difference when I’m prepping citrus for cocktails. The little curved tip is perfect for getting into those tight spots on a lemon.

The blade is surprisingly sharp and made quick work of a whole bag of lemons without any slipping. Cleanup was easy too, just a quick rinse under the tap.
