The handle has a nice weight to it that makes flipping pancakes feel effortless, and it hasn't warped after weeks of daily use on high heat. It's become my default for everything from stirring sauces to serving lasagna.

I've been reaching for this spatula every single day since it arrived, and it hasn't scratched my nonstick pan once. The handle stays cool even when I'm scraping a hot skillet, which I didn't expect at this price.

The silicone edge is flexible enough to scrape the bottom of my pan without scratching it, and cleanup takes seconds. It's become the one utensil I reach for when baking and serving.
