ESSENTIAL Skimmer

Used it to scoop pasta yesterday and the fine mesh caught every tiny bit, much better than my old slotted spoon. The handle feels solid in my hand and didn't get hot at all. Cleaned up in seconds under the tap.

The skimmer's fine mesh is perfect for lifting delicate gnocchi without them falling apart. The handle stays completely cool even when I'm skimming pasta water, which is a nice touch.

The mesh is fine and sturdy, so it does its job with pasta and frying baskets. But the handle feels a bit flimsy for the price, and it’s not as balanced as I’d like when scooping heavier items. It works, though.
