ESSENTIAL Sieb klein

The fine holes really catch even the tiniest bits when I rinse quinoa, and the handle stays cool on the stove.

I was surprised how sturdy the fine mesh is — even after several dishwasher cycles it hasn’t warped or bent. Perfect for draining small pasta or rinsing quinoa without losing anything through the holes.

This little sieve is just the right size for rinsing berries or dusting a single serving of pasta with powdered sugar. The mesh is fine enough to catch even small seeds, which is exactly what I needed. It cleans up in seconds with a quick rinse, making it a new favorite in my kitchen.
