ESSENTIAL Schaumkelle

I’ve been using this slotted spoon for a few days, and the silicone edge really protects my non-stick pans without scratching. It’s solidly built and feels well-balanced in my hand.

The handle stays cool even when I'm skimming pasta straight from boiling water, which is a small thing but makes a big difference. The perforated head is deep enough that broth drains quickly without everything slipping off. Definitely my go-to ladle now.

This slotted spoon handles everything from lifting dumplings to skimming stock, and the angled head really helps reach into deep pots. I’ve used it daily for two weeks and the silicone hasn’t stained or warped at all.
