ESSENTIAL Grater fine

Forget the cheap box graters I’ve used before—this one’s Swiss-engineered teeth are actually sharp enough to glide through a block of parmesan without any effort. The ergonomic handle makes it feel solid and controlled, even with hard cheese.

I was pleasantly surprised by how stable this grater sits on the counter—no sliding around while I'm shredding carrots for salad. The blade is incredibly sharp and makes quick work of hard cheese too.

Finally, a grater that actually catches the shreds in its own container instead of making a mess all over the counter. The blade is noticeably sharper than my old one, making quick work of a block of Parmesan.
