EASY PRO Bratpfanne Ø 28 cm

Finally got this 28 cm pan and the non-stick surface is genuinely impressive – even a thin omelet slides right off without oil. It heats evenly across the whole bottom, so no more burnt spots on my stir-fries.

The 28 cm size is perfect for family-sized stir-fries, and the heat distribution is remarkably even. Only minor gripe is the handle gets a bit warm if you're cooking on high for a while.

The pan heats evenly enough for a weekday stir-fry, but the handle gets surprisingly warm after a few minutes, which caught me off guard. It's solidly built and the 28 cm diameter is handy, though I've had to lower the heat more than I'm used to.
