The induction bottom heats up so evenly that my delicate sauces never scorch, and the 1.5-liter size is perfect for a quick single portion. The lid fits tightly, which cuts down on simmering time. I’ve used it almost daily since it arrived and it still looks brand new.

The lid seals tightly, so I don't lose steam when simmering sauces, though the handle gets a bit warm after longer use. Cleans up nicely with just a sponge.

The 1.5-liter size is perfect for heating up a quick single portion of soup or sauce. I do wish the lid fit a bit more snugly, but the overall build quality feels very solid for the price.
