The handle stayed surprisingly cool even after searing steaks on high heat for a solid ten minutes, and the non-stick surface released everything without a struggle.

Cooked a full family dinner in it tonight and the bottom stayed perfectly flat on the glass stove, no warping at all. The 28 cm size handles a whole batch of chicken thighs without crowding, and cleanup was just a quick wipe. Exactly what I hoped for from a Swiss-made pan.

Finally, a pan that actually heats evenly across the entire surface, not just the middle. I’ve been using it daily for a week and nothing sticks, even when I forget to add oil. The 28 cm size is perfect for my family’s dinners.
