The handle stays completely cool even when boiling pasta at high heat, which is a real safety bonus. Cleanup was a breeze with just a quick wipe after cooking.

Heated up some soup last night and the 8.0 liter capacity was perfect for a big batch. The side handle stays cool to the touch, which made pouring into bowls a lot safer than I expected.

The lid fits so snugly that I can actually see the steam valve working perfectly while simmering. It's noticeably thicker than my old pot, and the heat distribution feels incredibly even across the whole base. Definitely a solid upgrade for making soups and stews.
