Cut up a whole batch of veggies on this acacia board and the surface held up beautifully, no deep knife marks at all. It’s compact enough to tuck away but still feels sturdy for daily prep.

Just used this board to chop herbs and garlic, and the acacia wood feels dense enough to take a knife mark without sliding around. It's compact, but that's exactly what I needed for quick prep next to the stove.
