CULINARY FORGED Tranchiergabel

This carving fork is perfectly balanced and the prongs are sharp enough to hold a roast steady without tearing the meat. It feels solid in the hand, which makes plating so much easier.

It’s not often I’m this impressed by a kitchen tool, but this fork glides through a roast like butter and the handle feels perfectly balanced in my hand. The tines are sharp enough to hold a slice steady without tearing it, which makes carving a whole chicken a breeze.

Finally got this Tranchiergabel and it's noticeably sturdier than the cheap ones I've used before. The fork prongs are sharp enough to hold a roast steady without slipping, and the handle feels really secure.
