CULINARY FORGED Tranchier Set

I've been using these knives daily for a month and the blades still feel incredibly sharp straight from the box. The colorful handles make them easy to spot in my crowded drawer.

The handles fit my hand perfectly, even after an hour of prepping vegetables. I was a bit skeptical about the colored blades, but they’ve held up beautifully in the dishwasher, no fading or dulling after two weeks of heavy use.

The blades arrived incredibly sharp right out of the box, which made slicing through a butternut squash effortless. I just wish the set included a slightly larger chef's knife, as the medium size feels a bit limiting for bigger tasks.
