CULINARY FORGED Tourniermesser

I love how light this knife feels in hand, yet it still cuts through tomatoes without squashing them. The wooden handle gives a nice grip even with wet hands, and the blade keeps its edge well after a month of use.

The blade glides through vegetables with barely any resistance, and the ergonomic handle gives me great control for precise cuts. Even after a week of heavy prep work, it still feels as sharp as the first slice.

I've been using it daily for two weeks now, and the blade keeps its edge far better than my old knives — the balance feels great for precise work like trimming vegetables. It's become my go-to for any detail cutting, and shipping was quick.
