CULINARY FORGED Set de trinchar

The handle on this carving set is thicker and more secure than I expected, which made slicing the turkey effortless. The blade glided through the meat without any sawing motion needed.

Cutting a roast for Sunday dinner felt almost effortless—this set glides through meat and poultry with barely any pressure. The steel feels sturdy and well-balanced, not flimsy like some cheaper kits I've tried. Definitely earned a permanent spot on my counter.

The blade keeps a nice edge for everyday carving, but the handle feels a bit slick when my hands are greasy from a roast. It does the job for a Sunday chicken, though I expected a sharper out-of-the-box feel given the Swiss pedigree.
