CULINARY FORGED Honing steel

This thing is beautifully balanced; the handle feels solid and contoured perfectly for my grip. It brought my dull chef's knife back to a razor edge in just a few minutes.

After a few weeks of sharpening my knives on this steel, the edge is holding up noticeably longer than with my old one. The rod feels solid and well-balanced in hand, and it's genuinely Swiss-made quality that you can feel.

I’ve been using this steel for a couple weeks now and it keeps my knives feeling noticeably sharper between full sharpenings. The handle feels solid in my hand, though I wish the rod were just a tad longer for my bigger blades.
