CULINARY FORGED Couteau à éplucher

After using it daily for a week, the blade still feels razor-sharp, which is a great sign for a kitchen knife. The colored handle makes it easy to spot in my crowded drawer.

This little paring knife felt perfectly balanced right out of the box, and the blade sliced through an apple peel in one clean motion. Even after a few weeks of daily use, the edge is still razor-sharp.

The colored handle makes it easy to spot in a cluttered drawer, and the blade is razor-sharp right out of the box. I've been using it for everything from peeling apples to deveining shrimp, and it hasn't dulled after weeks of daily use.
