CULINARY FORGED Couteau de chef grand

The balance on this chef's knife is perfect—it feels like an extension of my hand when chopping. The Swiss-made steel arrived razor sharp and has held its edge after a week of heavy prep.

I've been reaching for this knife for everything from dicing onions to slicing tomatoes, and the Swiss steel holds its edge far longer than my old set. The full tang feels perfectly balanced in my hand, making prep work noticeably quicker.

The colored handle makes it easy to spot in my crowded knife drawer, and the blade is incredibly sharp right out of the box. I've been using it for everything from dicing onions to slicing roasts, and it feels perfectly balanced in my hand.
