CULINARY FORGED Couteau d'office dentelé

The serrations grip even the slickest citrus peel without slipping, and the handle feels balanced in my palm for quick prep work. It’s become my go-to for slicing tomatoes and trimming herbs cleanly, no crushed edges. Happy with this purchase for the price.

I've been using this serrated paring knife for a few weeks now, and the precision on tomatoes and citrus is unreal—no crushing, just clean slices. The handle feels perfectly balanced in my hand, even during longer prep sessions. Definitely a step up from my old knives.

The red handle is a nice pop of color in my knife block, and the blade holds an edge well through a whole bag of onions. Perfect for precise cuts.
