مقلاة تقديم CULINARY FIVEPLY سعة 3.0 لتر · قطر 24 سم

The five-ply construction really shows — my sauces heat evenly with no scorched spots in the middle, which was a constant problem with my old pan. At 3 liters it's just right for a batch of risotto for two, and cleanup takes maybe a minute.

I've been using this five-ply pan almost daily for a month and the heat distribution is impressively even, no hot spots when I'm browning butter. It's heavier than my old pan, which took a day to get used to, but it holds temperature beautifully.

I’ve been using this pan almost daily for a month now, and the heat distribution is so even that I’ve stopped worrying about hot spots burning my garlic. The 3.0 L capacity handles a full batch of chili without any spillover, and the stainless steel cleans up like new with just a soak.
