مقلاة CULINARY FIVEPLY غير مطلية بقطر 24 سم

Love the solid weight of this pan—the five-ply walls feel really sturdy. It's nice not worrying about a coating peeling off, though it does need a bit more oil than my old non-stick.

The five-ply construction heats evenly across the whole pan, and the 24cm size is perfect for searing a single steak without crowding. The handle stays reasonably cool on the stove, though I wish it had a helper handle for lifting when it’s full.

The uncoated surface gives me just the sear I was looking for, though I wish it came with a lid for the price. It heats evenly on my gas stove and feels solid in the hand, but cleanup takes a bit more effort than a nonstick. Overall a durable workhorse for daily cooking.
