CULINARY FIVEPLY قدر صغير 2.5 لتر · قطر 18 سم

The bottom is thick enough that my tomato sauce barely scorched even when I forgot to stir for a few minutes. Cleanup took one quick wipe, which I wasn’t expecting from a cazo this sturdy.

Bought it for my induction hob and the 18 cm size is perfect for small batches of sauce. The weight feels solid without being too heavy to handle, and cleanup is quick since it's so well balanced. Really glad I switched from my old nonstick set.

The five-ply construction heats so evenly that my sauces never catch on the bottom, even on a strong flame. Cleanup is a breeze, and the lid fits snug enough that I barely lose any steam while simmering. This is the first pot I reach for nearly every night.
