COLORI®+ Santokumesser grau

The blade glides through vegetables with almost no resistance, and the grey coating hasn't chipped after a month of daily use. I was surprised by how well-balanced it feels in hand for a mid-weight knife.

The handle fits my hand perfectly and the blade feels nicely balanced, which makes chopping veggies noticeably easier. I've used it daily for two weeks now and it still glides through tomatoes without squashing them.

The grey color is exactly as pictured, and the Santoku shape handles most of my chopping tasks easily. I do wish the edge had arrived a touch sharper out of the box, but it's holding up decently after a week of use.
