COLORI®+ Santoku knife grey

The grey finish on this Santoku knife hides scratches better than my old stainless steel ones. The edge came razor-sharp out of the box and sliced through a butternut squash with zero effort. It’s a solid, no-nonsense knife that feels like it will last for years.

The grip feels well-balanced in my hand, and it sliced through a butternut squash with almost no effort. Clean-up was quick too, just a rinse under hot water.

Took it out of the box and the blade’s balance felt perfect right away—featherlight but sturdy enough to handle a whole squash without wobbling. The grey finish also hides fingerprints nicely, which I appreciate after a week of daily use.
