COLORI®+ Rüstmesser Warm & Tasty (Spices & Herbs)

The handle feels perfectly balanced, and the blade glides through herbs without crushing them. Even after chopping a whole bunch of parsley, the edge still feels razor-sharp.

Finally, a knife that actually stays sharp through a whole bunch of herb chopping without needing a break. The warm-tinted handle has a nice grip, and the blade glides through even tough stalks without any crushing.

The blade came razor sharp out of the box and sliced through herbs effortlessly. It's a solid, colorful kitchen tool that feels reliable, though I wish the included sheath were a bit more secure for storage.
