COLORI®+ Paring knife green

This green paring knife is incredibly sharp right out of the box, making quick work of tomatoes and herbs. The handle feels surprisingly comfortable for its compact size and gives good control.

Wish the blade guard was included, but the edge on this little green parer is razor-sharp right out of the box and glides through tomato skins without squishing them. Perfect for precise work.

This little green knife has quickly become my go-to for all the fiddly prep work, and the handle is so comfortable that my hand never tires even after peeling a big batch of apples. It's light enough to feel nimble but sturdy enough to handle smaller squash or a tough citrus rind, which surprised me
