COLORI®+ Couteau à pain gris

That serrated edge goes through a crusty sourdough loaf without squashing it, which my old knife never managed. The handle feels solid in the hand too, not flimsy like some bread knives I've owned.

The grey handle matches my kitchen and the blade slices through crusty sourdough without squishing the middle. It's lightweight too, way easier on my wrist than my old wooden one.

The serrated edge on this one glides through crusty sourdough without squashing the soft middle, which my old knife always did. The grey handle matches my other kitchen tools, and it feels solid in the hand without being heavy.
