COLORI®+ Couteau d'office vert

I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight this knife feels in my hand—perfect for quick prep work without fatigue. The green color is vibrant and hasn’t faded after a few washes.

The blade keeps its edge really well after a few weeks of daily use, and the green handle gives a nice pop of color in my knife block. Perfect for slicing up apples and shallots without any drag.

Bought this for small prep work like shallots and herbs, and the short blade is genuinely handy for that. The green coating seems to keep things from sticking, which I didn't expect. Handle feels solid in the hand too.
