COLORI®+ Brotmesser grün

Finally, a bread knife that doesn't struggle with my homemade ciabatta—the serrated blade cuts cleanly through the hard crust without crushing the soft crumb. The green handle is also a nice, cheerful touch in my kitchen.

Cuts through a crusty sourdough loaf like it’s soft butter, and the green handle is grippy even when my hands are wet from rinsing dishes. The blade stays sharp after two weeks of daily use, which is more than I can say for my old knife.

The green handle adds a cheerful pop to my kitchen, and the blade cut through a crusty sourdough loaf on the first try without tearing the crumb. It feels balanced in my hand, too.
