The 28 cm pan heats so evenly that my scrambled eggs came out perfect on the first try, no sticking at all. I've used it every day for a week and the non-stick surface still looks brand new, which honestly surprised me for the price.

The 24 cm pan is great for everyday omelets, but the handles get uncomfortably hot if you're not careful. A silicone cover would be a nice touch.
