CLASSIC Bratpfanne Ø 28 cm

Heating is wonderfully even across the whole base, and the pan’s weight feels balanced without being awkwardly heavy. I’ve used it for searing and sauces back-to-back, and cleanup is quick since nothing sticks. For everyday cooking, this one delivers exactly what I hoped.

The 28 cm size is perfect for making crepes or searing two steaks at once, and the weight feels just right in my hand. Cleanup is a breeze with just a quick wipe after cooking.

This pan heats so evenly that I can finally get a perfect golden crust on my rösti without any hot spots. The weight feels solid in my hand, and the 28 cm size gives me plenty of room for four servings. Exactly the upgrade my kitchen needed.
