The serrated edge on these scissors cuts through chicken bones and thick herbs like butter, and the handle doesn't slip even with wet hands. Used them to prep a whole meal without once reaching for my chef's knife.

I bought these scissors mainly to break down chicken, and the blades cut through bone like it's nothing. The handles stayed comfortable even after prepping a whole batch of vegetables. Didn't expect kitchen shears to feel this solid.
