Circolo Lid complete stainless steel 22cm

Fits my 22cm pot perfectly and the stainless steel finish is much easier to keep clean than the glass lid I had before. Steam doesn’t escape around the rim like my old one, so simmering sauces actually stay at the right consistency now.

The weight of this lid feels reassuringly solid, and the stainless steel finish matches my other kitchen gear perfectly. It sits flush without any rattling, even when I’m simmering something vigorously.

The lid fits so snugly on my 22cm pot that I can actually see the steam condensing and dripping back down, which makes a real difference for slow simmering. Solid heft to the stainless steel, too—feels like it'll outlast everything else in my kitchen drawer.
