I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight this 28 cm pan feels despite being iron, and the handle stays perfectly cool on the stove. Cleanup is a breeze with just a quick wipe after cooking.

The heat distribution on this 28 cm iron pan is incredibly even, and it’s already developing a nice non-stick patina after just a few uses. My eggs slide right off now, and the handle stays cool enough to grab without a mitt, which I didn’t expect.
