BLACK STAR Eisenpfanne Ø 24 cm

Finally a pan that heats evenly across the entire surface—no more burnt edges. The handle stays cool enough to grab without a mitt, which is a huge plus for me.

The weight of this 24 cm pan is just right—heavy enough to hold heat, but not unwieldy. I’ve been using it daily for a week, and the non-stick surface is still flawless after searing fish. Cleanup is a breeze, which makes weeknight cooking so much easier.

The cast iron heats up fast and sears a steak like a pro, though you need a good grip for the hefty handle when tossing veggies. Arrived in two days, and the seasoning layer looks and feels solid right out of the box.
