Assiette Ursli Ø 21 cm

The 21 cm diameter works nicely for two people, and the ceramic coating on the fondue pot melts cheese evenly without scorching. It’s a solid upgrade from my old set, though I wish the lid fit a bit more snugly to keep the heat in better.

I was a bit worried the fondue pot might be too small, but the 21 cm diameter turned out to be just right for two people. The design feels sturdy and well-made, and it heats evenly without any hot spots. Only minor thing is the lid could fit a tad more snugly, but overall I'm happy with it.

The 21 cm size is perfect for a generous portion of raclette cheese, and the ceramic surface heats evenly. I just wish the handles were a bit cooler to the touch during use.
