The 3.1-liter size is perfect for simmering soups for two, and the lid fits so tightly that hardly any steam escapes during cooking. Cleanup is a breeze since the stainless steel surface wipes clean without any scrubbing needed.

The 3.1-liter size is perfect for making a big batch of soup, and the 20 cm diameter fits nicely on my stove. Cleanup is a breeze, the pot feels solidly made. I'm really impressed with how evenly it heats.

The lid seals well enough, but I find the handle gets hotter than I'd like when simmering for a while. It does the job for basic cooking, just doesn't feel as premium as I hoped.
